JD:
Source candidates through various channels, including job sits, referral, etc .
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support and guidance.
