Job Description:

Position: Machine Operator

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Industry: Packaging

Responsibilities:
Operate plastic processing machines as per SOP and production requirements.
Assist in machine setup, start-up, shutdown, and basic parameter adjustments.
Monitor machine temperature, pressure, speed, cycle time, and other operating parameters.
Ensure proper feeding of raw materials and smooth production operations.
Inspect products for basic quality defects such as flash, short moulding, cracks, and dimensional issues.
Maintain production records, machine logbooks, and shift reports.
Perform basic cleaning and routine checks of machines and work areas.
Inform the supervisor about machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or quality issues.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
Coordinate with Production, Quality,



and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of plastic processing and manufacturing operations.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Positive observation and learning ability.
Basic understanding of machine operation and safety.
Fresher candidates with a relevant ITI/Diploma qualification can also be considered.

Required Qualification: - ITI - Fitter

Salary :- Upto 2.40 LPA
