Role & responsibilities
Visit retail stores as per the assigned route plan.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at outlets.
Monitor stock availability and report stock shortages.
Maintain merchandising standards and display execution.
Coordinate with store personnel for product promotion activities.
Share market feedback, competitor activities, and outlet updates.
Ensure branding materials are displayed effectively.
Preferred candidate profile :
Freshers can apply.
Any Graduation / PUC / Diploma.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of retail operations is preferred.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Should be comfortable working in a field-based role.
Should have 2 wheeler with DL.
