Implement e-learning solutions and instructor led training to enhance learning experience
Determine and assess learning needs through skill gap analysis and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with global and local teams and department heads to identify skill gaps and develop strategic learning solutions
Measure Training effectiveness using metrics and feedback. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in capability development.
Develop and manage a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the organizations goals.




Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, guides and manuals.

Skills:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, requires the following qualifications
Ten + Years experience of Training & Development
Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Robust understanding of instructional design theory and implementation
Excellent communication and Leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Learning Management System (LMS)
Stakeholder management
Manage external training vendors and consultants

Education:

Bachelors degree or higher
