Role & responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marine, jetty, and berth construction projects.
Coordinate marine construction activities, including piling, deck works, quay walls, dredging, and marine services.
Ensure smooth integration between civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and marine activities.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Identify project risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Support contract administration, variation orders, claims management, and commercial reviews.
Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor implementation of QA/QC procedures and inspection plans.
Ensure compliance with project HSE policies and marine safety regulations.
Monitor implementation of risk assessments, permit systems, and emergency response procedures.




Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Marine Engineering Construction Engineering.

Experience: 10 - 15+ years

Industry Experience: marine civil works, port modernization, or terminal development projects preferred

Required Technical Skills:
Marine structures and port infrastructure development.
Jetty, berth, quay wall, piling, and dredging works.
Project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Contract management and project controls.
