Role: US Taxation - Team Lead / Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a energetic US Taxation Manager with 5+ years of experience in US individual and business taxation, including Form 1040 and international tax filings, along with 2+ years of supervisory/team management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of US tax specialists.
Oversee preparation and review of US individual and business tax returns, particularly Form 1040.
Handle complex tax matters, international tax filings, and escalated client issues.
Ensure compliance with US federal and state tax laws, IRS regulations, and deadlines.
Allocate workloads and monitor team performance and deliverables.
Support tax planning and strategy initiatives.
Stay updated on tax-law changes and ensure team compliance.
Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of progressive US Tax experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of US individual and business taxation, IRS regulations, and state taxation.
Experience with international tax components.
Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in US tax software and advanced MS Excel.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
EA preferred; CPA or other tax certifications are an added advantage.
