Seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and 4+ years in Service Cloud implementations.

Key Skills:
Solid expertise in Service Cloud, including Email-to-Case, Case Management, Service Console, Omnichannel Routing, and Knowledge Base.
Hands-on development experience in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Async Processing, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Robust integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools (Boomi/Informatica).
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and performance optimization.
Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud programs.

Required Certifications & Qualities:
Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory).
Agile delivery experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, ownership, and independent working skills.
