Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Fabric Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of Sutherland Enterprise BI Projects. The role involves managing a team, defining BI strategy, and ensuring high-quality dashboards and data models to support business decision-making. Qualifications
MCA or M.Sc. or equivalent, IT, or related field.
10 to12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.
Robust expertise in:
Power BI (Desktop Service).
DAX, Power Query (M).
SQL Data Modeling.
Experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
Solid understanding of:
Data warehousing concepts
ETL processes
Data governance security
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory Google Looker.
Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
