Key Responsibilities
Oversee design, architecture, and development to ensure scalability, security, and high performance (Oracle + .NET Core + API ecosystem).
Guide and mentor the development team on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Conduct requirement walk throughs with Business, Operations, and Product teams.
Perform detailed code reviews, ensure First Time Right (FTR) delivery, and enforce governance and security standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (ISG, Infrastructure, Networking, Database) for workplace setup, deployments, and support.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including HLD, LLD, API specifications, and deployment guides.
Provide UAT support, ensure timely defect resolution, and enable smooth production rollouts.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation.

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, Web APIs, and UI frameworks (Blazor / Angular / React).
Proficiency in Oracle Database, including stored procedures, triggers, performance tuning, and data modeling.
Solid understanding of 3-tier / N-tier architecture, API integrations, JSON/XML, and security standards.
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, and jQuery.
Exposure to encryption, TDE, audit trails, and compliance requirements.
Robust communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
