Executive Civil & Finishes

Location: Gigaplex, Airoli
Experience: 45 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Executive Civil & Finishes to oversee and coordinate civil and finishing works at the project site. Candidates with experience in commercial and residential projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil and finishing activities at site.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.




Inspect workmanship and ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements.
Coordinate material requirements and resolve site-related issues.
Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation.
Ensure proper execution of finishing works including flooring, plastering, painting, waterproofing, etc.

Qualification:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
45 years of relevant experience in civil and finishing works.
Experience in commercial/residential projects preferred.
