Job Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will:
Connect with prospective learners/customers through calls.
Understand customer requirements and career goals.
Guide prospects regarding suitable learning programs and solutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with potential customers.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into enrollments.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
02 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Engagement is preferred.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Passion for sales, target achievement, and growth opportunities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
