Key Responsibilities
Analyse business, customer, transaction, and lending data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, automated reports, and performance trackers.
Track and analyse KPIs across acquisition, conversion, lending, revenue, collections, and customer behaviour.
Perform funnel, cohort, segmentation, and root-cause analyses.
Translate business problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Build and optimise advanced SQL queries and automated reporting workflows.
Analyse experiments and measure their business impact.

Requirements




2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics.
Robust proficiency in Advanced SQL.
Robust Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, with experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
Valuable understanding of business KPIs, funnels, cohort analysis, segmentation, statistics, and data visualisation.
Experience in NBFC, Lending, BFSI, or Fintech is strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, ownership, and communication skills.
