Role Description

This is a full time, on-site position for a Telesales Executive based in Ranchi. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, providing excellent customer service,



and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. The role requires consistent achievement of sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales to drive business growth
Customer Support skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
