We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our consulting and architecture firm, including hiring for architectural, design, engineering, consulting, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with management and respective departments.
Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.

Requirements
Graduate degree; HR/MBA in HR preferred.
a Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in consulting, architecture, engineering, real estate, or qualified services.
Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
Proactive approach with strong follow-up and candidate-management skills.
