Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction in the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners)

Assign daily tasks and duty rosters

Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards

Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and equipment

Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and linen

Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping

Coordinate with front office and maintenance team

Train recent staff and ensure SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum +2 / Diploma / Degree (Hospitality preferred)

1–3 years experience in housekeeping (hotel/restaurant)

Leadership and team handling skills

Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Positive communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
