Role & responsibilities
Track and monitor all projects and logistics operations.
Collect, compile, validate, and maintain transportation and fleet-related data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering key operational KPIs.
Maintain logistics databases, trackers, dashboards, and records using Excel, ERP, TMS, and MIS tools.
Monitor shipment status, delays, damages, exceptions, and escalations.
Analyse operational trends, variances, gaps, and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare root-cause analysis reports for operational issues.
Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in TMS/ERP and escalate issues as per defined timelines.





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or auditing roles.
Valuable understanding of logistics and transportation metrics.
Solid MIS and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Power Query; knowledge of Macros is preferred.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting
