We are looking for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) - Industrial Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical / CIvil etc) to create high-quality assessment content for Masters and PhD-level candidates.

The assessments will be used to evaluate candidates supporting projects related to AI/LLM model training.

Key Responsibilities:
Create technically accurate questions for Masters and PhD-level Engineering candidates
Develop MCQs, descriptive questions, problem-solving questions, and application-based questions
Prepare answer keys, evaluation criteria, and explanations where required
Ensure questions assess both conceptual understanding and advanced domain expertise
Review and validate assessment content for accuracy and quality

Requirements:
PhD degree in Engineering from Tier 1 college.
Solid subject matter expertise in specialized domain
Experience in academia, research, assessment creation, question paper setting, or content development is preferred
Ability to create advanced-level technical assessments independently
