C++ Technical Lead | 6 - 10 Years

We are looking for a C++ Technical Lead with 610 years of experience in systems-level software development and strong hands-on expertise in high-performance, low-latency applications.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Expert in C++ and STL, including pointers, memory management, RAII, templates, and advanced C++ concepts.
Solid experience with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and lock-free programming.
Valuable understanding of low-latency systems, CPU cache, memory mapping (mmap), and branch prediction.
Robust knowledge of data structures, algorithms, time/space complexity, MySQL, database design, and indexing.
Experience with compile-time/template-driven frameworks or HTL concepts.
Lead technical design, development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentor engineering teams.
Experience as a Team Lead for 2+ years is required.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a quantitative engineering/science discipline.
6–10 years of relevant production-level systems software development experience.
Exposure to fintech, financial engineering, trading, asset management, or related low-latency systems is an advantage.
