7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail Banking domain.

Expertise in Merchant Management lifecycle, Cards, and Payments processes.

Strong experience in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.Lead operational assignments end-to-end, providing effective solutions to business challenges.

Skilled in preparing business use cases, process documentation, controls, and defect tracking.

Proven ability to identify process gaps and implement productivity-enhancing solutions.





Experience in detailed business analysis, problem-solving, and solution design.Adaptable and adaptable in rapid-paced, energetic business environments

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Knowledge of First Data, VBA, and Excel Macros is an added advantage.
