Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for the company.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.
Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with managers for interview feedback and selection.
Handle salary discussion and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment data and daily/weekly MIS.
Support employee onboarding and HRMS updates.
Requirements
23 years of recruitment experience, preferably from the automobile industry.
Experience in hiring Sales, Service, Operations and other automobile profiles will be preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable sourcing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
