We are hiring a dynamic HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. In this role, you will align HR strategies with our business goals, build a positive workplace culture, and foster employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
Develop and enforce company policies while ensuring labor law compliance.
Drive performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
Administer compensation, perks, and payroll systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Specialist.
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
