Role & Responsibilities
Provide L2 Production / Application Support for business-critical applications.
Monitor applications using Splunk and batch monitoring tools to ensure system availability.
Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis within SLA.
Handle Linux server operations, including log analysis and basic admin activities.
Support release, deployment, and post-deployment validation activities.
Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Perform proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance to avoid production issues.
Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and support documentation.
Work in shift-based / production support workplace as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile




3 5 years of hands-on experience in Production / Application Support (L2).
Solid working knowledge of Linux (commands, logs, process monitoring).
Hands-on experience with Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and log analysis.
Experience in batch job monitoring and resolving batch failures.
Exposure to release and deployment support activities.
Experience working in 247 or shift-based production environments.
Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to join immediately and attend F2F drive.
