Role & responsibilities
Loan Processing: Collect and check initial loan application documents.
Client Communication: Answer basic client questions about loan status and
rates.
Team Support: Tracking loan application & coordinating between sales &
Credit & Ops
Data Tracking: Update the CRM database with current leads and loan stages.
Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly MIS
Preferred candidate profile
• Experience: Min two years in Loan sales ,support, banking.
• Communication: Explicit speaking and writing skills for client interaction.
• Software: Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
