Job Requirements :
MBA or PGDM graduates and final-year students are preferred.
Clear spoken and written English with confidence to engage new people over the phone.
Curious, research-oriented mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful follow-up questions.
Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a logical and practical approach to assignments.
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with solid attention to detail.
Interest in market research, consulting, customer success, recruitment, or talent intelligence.
