Understanding the clients requirements and searching resumes through internal databases , References and Job sites i.e., Naukri, Linkedin etc.
Short listing resumes by evaluating candidate skills, experience based on requirement.
Conducting Telephonic interview of the candidate to understand if they are suitable as per the client requirement and also to know their interest.
Scheduling interviews.
Understanding the Compensation details & Supporting the client in Salary negotiation Acting as an interface between the client and candidates.
