Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy campus recruitment manager to drive our high-volume BPO hiring strategy across regional colleges, institutes, and training centers.

The candidate will be responsible for building a robust talent pipeline, managing large-scale campus drives, and ensuring swift onboarding to meet our immediate and recurring operational seat requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Mass Drive Execution: Plan and execute multi-college mega campus drives to hire hundreds of entry-level agents simultaneously.
Geographic Expansion: Identify and build relationships with Tier-2/Tier-3 colleges, degree institutes, and vocational centers to tap into fresh talent pools.
Funnel Optimization: Design rapid, high-throughput screening processes (e.g., group discussions, automated voice/accent tests) to filter large crowds quickly.
Onboarding & Conversion:



Track offer-to-joining ratios closely and implement engagement strategies to minimize dropouts before day one.
Vendor Management: Partner with external campus aggregators, training institutes, and skill-development bodies to scale sourcing capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+years in talent acquisition, with at least 23 years leading high-volume, bulk, or mass hiring drives (BPO/Call Center experience is mandatory).
Speed & Agility: Proven ability to manage tight hiring timelines and deliver on sudden, large-scale client ramp-ups.
Assessment Expertise: Familiarity with high-volume screening tools, language assessment platforms, and basic psychometric tests.
Willingness to Travel: Ready for extensive regional travel to rural and semi-urban campus locations during peak hiring cycles.
