Role & Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret business requirements to design and implement SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Customs Management solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP GTS integration.
Conduct testing and validation of SAP GTS setups.
Document system configurations and updates.
Facilitate workshops and user training sessions.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Support SAP GTS upgrades and enhancements.
Recommend process improvements for SAP GTS frameworks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
610 years of experience with SAP GTS and ERP Customs Management.
Hands-on experience with SAP GTS modules (Compliance, Customs, Risk Management).
Experience integrating SAP GTS with S/4HANA and other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to lead client workshops and training.
