Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
Conduct measurement and quantity surveying activities in office to ensure accurate billing and cost estimation.
Assist in preparing reports, including daily progress reports, weekly status updates, and monthly reports.
Collaborate with project managers to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
Take accurate measurements of completed works.
Prepare Measurement Sheets (MS) and Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS).
Maintain previous, current, cumulative, and balance quantities.
Prepare and submit RA Bills / Running Bills within the agreed billing cycle.
Ensure all completed and eligible works are included in the bills.
Coordinate with the client/main contractor/PMC for measurement approval.
Track bill submission, certification, invoicing, and payment status.
Maintain a project-wise billing tracker.
