Key Responsibilities:
Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) for contractors and subcontractors.
Verify contractor bills against BOQ, drawings, work orders, and site measurements.
Check measurements recorded in MB (Measurement Book) and ensure accuracy.
Prepare quantity take-offs and reconcile executed quantities with BOQ quantities.
Verify material consumption, wastage, deductions, and recoveries.
Coordinate with Site, QS, Contracts, Procurement, and Accounts teams for bill processing.
Prepare variation statements, extra-item bills, and deviation statements.
Track certified bills, payments, advances, retention, and other deductions.
Ensure timely submission and certification of contractor bills.
Support project cost control and monthly billing/MIS reports.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and commercial records.
