Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handing Payment and collection product like AEPS, NACH, IMPS, CTS and Mandate management system.
Valuable Knowledge on Online payment transactions.
Expertise in writing and implementing system testing and maintaining baseline documents.
Coordinate with Technology, business, account and compliance team to resolve the issues raised by merchant and customers.
Solve technical queries, Online support.
Managing the transaction, data analysis documentation & reporting
Work with Collection and Business team to understand the challenges with various bank / partners and work accordingly.
Daily monitoring the IMPS / NEFT / RTGS performance
Daily publishing the Payment and Collection dashboard to respective stakeholders
Valuable knowledge of Retail Banking.
