Experience:
Extensive experience in development related to healthcare management systems.
Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server).
Experience with claims processing, advantages management, and provider network management in the healthcare space.
Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.
Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situation (Major incidents / Application outage)

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, .NET (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).
Experience with web services.




Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.
US healthcare is mandatory.
Usage of AI in Application Support

Must haves:
Provide L3 production support for Healthcare integration workflows or any other related healthcare applications
Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues
Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks
Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions
Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, versatile shifts)
