We are looking for a energetic Sr. Sales Executive to join our real estate mandate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing property deals and ensuring timely payment collection from clients.
Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales closure for residential
Conduct site visits and client meetings to convert leads into bookings
Negotiate pricing and payment terms with prospective buyers
Follow up consistently on pending payments and installments
Coordinate with clients for loan/bank-related payment processes
Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and collection status
Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets
Preferred candidate profile
23 years of experience in real estate sales (channel partner/broker firm experience preferred)
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Prior experience in payment follow-up/collections is a plus
Positive communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable
