Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Pune projects through channel partner and direct lead conversions from Pune & NCR.
Identify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) in Pune and NCR.
Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities
Ensuring generation of leads through calls, references, follow-ups etc
Promptly responding to sales enquires to maximize sales conversions
Coordinating with other functions viz. Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries
Excellent capabilities for sales presentations and closure
Relationship management with CPs
Generating references from various potential sources to achieve the target as per company policies
Coordinating and managing project launches through interfacing with multiple internal departments
Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures
Excellent familiarity with RERA regulations and norms
