Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Nagpur. The Video Editor will assemble raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos for films, commercials, social media, and other formats, ensuring smooth narrative flow and consistent style. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and managing media assets, editing video sequences, applying color correction and grading, integrating graphics and motion elements, and exporting final deliverables to required specifications. The role involves collaborating closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines. The Video Editor is expected to maintain high technical standards,



stay current with industry trends, and contribute creative ideas to improve visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience assembling footage, managing timelines, and delivering polished final outputs.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to correct, enhance, and stylize footage to achieve consistent visual tone.
- Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including adding titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animations to support storytelling.
- Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic knowledge of audio editing and mixing for video.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback constructively.
- Effective time management, ability to work on-site in Nagpur, and collaborate with a cross-functional production team.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video production.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work across different formats and styles.
