About Role:-

We are looking for a Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management Lead to own and scale Oswaal Books’ business across major marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, growth, profitability and execution, while leading a team of marketplace executives.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Own business performance across Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Drive revenue growth, market share and profitability across platforms and categories.
- Manage catalogue, listings, pricing, promotions, inventory and platform hygiene.
- Plan and execute platform events, deals, launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure strong inventory availability and replenishment, especially for fast-moving titles.
- Monitor sales, conversion, organic ranking, Buy Box, competition and pricing.
- Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to improve advertising efficiency and TACOS.
- Build strong relationships with Marketplace & Quick Commerce platform teams/account managers.
- Identify current growth opportunities across platforms, categories and emerging commerce channels.
- Lead,



train and manage a team of marketplace executives with clear KRAs and accountability.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Editorial and Operations teams.
- Build dashboards, SOPs and review mechanisms for daily/weekly performance tracking.

Ideal Candidate:-

- 5–10 years of experience in Marketplace/E-Commerce management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart; Quick Commerce experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketplace analytics, pricing, catalogue, inventory, promotions and advertising.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional execution.
- Highly data-driven, execution-focused and commercially sharp.
- Experience in Books, Education, FMCG, Consumer Products or high-SKU businesses will be an advantage.
