We combine strategy and design to build meaningful in-store experiences for leading national and international brands.From shaping brand stories to executing retail spaces, we work across the entire lifecycle of store design.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Concept Designer – Retail Experience (3–5 years exp.) with a strong conceptual design mindset and the ability to translate a brand’s personality, positioning and customer needs into compelling physical retail experiences.This role is for someone who can think beyond layouts and aesthetics - developing the central design idea, customer journey, material language, visual identity and spatial experience that make a store distinctive.You’ll work closely with our Founder and design team on current Retail Design Identities, flagship stores and concepts for leading national and international brands.What You’ll DoLead concept design and creative development for retail projectsTranslate brand strategy and positioning into spatial concepts and customer experiencesDevelop strong design narratives, mood boards, material palettes and visual directionsCreate innovative storefronts, interiors, fixtures, feature elements and brand experiencesDevelop layouts with a strong understanding of customer journey,
