Job Description:
Business Partnering:
1.Act as a trusted advisor to the respective business stakeholders.
2.Align HR initiatives with branch/regional business priorities.
3.Provide insights on workforce structuring, productivity, and people challenges.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
1.Implement engagement initiatives (branch visits, surveys, action plans)
2.Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
HR Operations & Compliance:
1.Ensure smooth execution of onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits.
2.Partner with Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams for adherence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Responsible for managing HR process efficiency with business across clusters
- Managing Business requirements and closures in TAT.
- Quick decision making capacity
- Responsible for Proactive leadership activities
