Role Description This is a part-time, remote Market Research Intern role. The intern will assist in researching trends in higher education admissions, applicant behavior, and competitor offerings, compiling findings into clear summaries and reports. Day-to-day tasks include gathering data from online sources, organizing and analyzing information, and helping create insights that inform ChoiceCraft's services and messaging. The intern will collaborate with team members to translate research into practical recommendations and may support basic customer feedback analysis and outreach-related projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and Market Analysis to collect, compare, and interpret data on admissions trends and competitor landscapes.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate findings, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present research results clearly in written summaries and internal discussions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to interact professionally and respectfully with students or partners when supporting feedback or survey initiatives.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or basic data tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, marketing, psychology, education, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Interest in higher education, student advising, or admissions processes is highly beneficial.
