Role Description The Group Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Australia. The Group Manager will oversee a team of immigration and visa consultants, ensuring service quality, adherence to regulatory requirements, and consistent client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising client case handling, reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing workflow to meet timelines. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, implementing process improvements, and resolving escalated client issues. The Group Manager will also contribute to business development efforts,



help maintain compliance with relevant immigration policies, and support operational planning and reporting.

Qualifications

- Leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising staff and driving performance in a client-focused environment.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Operational and process management skills, including workflow coordination, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with immigration or visa consulting processes, preferably related to Canada, and the ability to interpret and apply guidelines and regulations.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, law, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in immigration or compliance are a plus.
- Comfort working in an on-site, quick-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
