Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Cloud Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, automating, and maintaining scalable Azure infrastructure while ensuring security, reliability, and operational excellence. This is a technical individual contributor role, focused on cloud infrastructure automation, platform engineering, monitoring, governance, and CI/CD implementation using contemporary DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
2. Strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
3. Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, including developing and maintaining reusable Terraform modules.
4. Experience automating the provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management of Azure resources using Terraform.
5. Strong understanding of Azure services including Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Load Balancers, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, Azure AD, and Resource Groups.
6. Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis,



performance optimization, and operational support.
7. Experience implementing high availability, disaster recovery (DR), backup, and business continuity solutions in Azure environments.
8. Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, governance, compliance standards, identity management, access controls, and policy enforcement.
9. Experience integrating Terraform deployments with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar platforms.
10. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
11. Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
12. Knowledge of server-side technologies and programming languages such as C# or Java.
13. Understanding of DevOps methodologies, Infrastructure Automation, GitOps practices, and Infrastructure Security.
14. Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
15. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, and Development teams.
16. Ability to work independently, take ownership of cloud infrastructure initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
