About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Lead to own SoulDoctor's entire marketing function. As our sole in-house marketing professional, you will set strategy, manage our external agency partners, execute across channels, and be accountable for user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand reach. You will report directly to the founders and have full ownership of the marketing budget and roadmap.

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based at our office in Gurugram. Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate before joining. Occasional travel within India for campaigns, content shoots, or partner meetings may be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive app installs, subscriptions, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Manage our marketing agencies, including setting briefs, KPIs, timelines, and budgets, and holding them accountable for results
- Build and run influencer marketing programs, from creator sourcing and negotiation to campaign tracking and ROI analysis
- Develop and grow additional channels such as SEO, App Store Optimization (ASO), content marketing, email and CRM, partnerships, and community
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches
- Own marketing analytics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV),



and ROAS, and reallocate spend based on performance
- Prepare regular performance reports and growth plans for the founders
- Collaborate with the product, design, and content teams on messaging, creative, and user experience

Required Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing, with direct ownership of results
- Demonstrated expertise managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns at scale
- Experience planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns
- A track record of scaling a company, with measurable growth outcomes you can share
- Experience managing external marketing agencies
- Solid analytical skills and comfort owning budgets and growth targets
- Ability to work independently as a one-person marketing function
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years of marketing experience
- Experience scaling an early-stage startup
- Background in mobile apps or consumer subscription products
- Experience across a wide range of channels, including SEO, ASO, CRM, content, and partnerships
- Familiarity with the wellness, spirituality, or astrology space
