Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development (Female Candidate Preferred) with 1-2 years of experience in client interaction, cold calling, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase company services
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets





Key Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Servicing
- Preferred backgrounds: Real Estate, Hotel Sales, Banking (Client Servicing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and pitching services
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is a plus
