About the Role

Job Title: Production Merchandiser

A Production Merchandiser coordinates between buyers, sourcing, sampling, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of garment orders. The role focuses on tracking production progress, managing materials, ensuring quality standards, and delivering orders on time.

Responsibilities

- Manage confirmed orders and prepare Time & Action (T&A;) plans.
- Coordinate with production, master, sampling, and sourcing teams.
- Follow up on fabrics, trims, and sample approvals.
- Monitor production status and resolve delays or issues.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.
- Communicate order updates and buyer feedback to internal teams.
- Maintain order documentation and shipment details.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, or Apparel Merchandising.
- 3–4 years of experience in high fashion garment manufacturing/ Boutique/ Couture
- Valuable communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
