AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI & Multi-Agent Systems

Work Mode: Part-Time | Remote

Project: AI Banking Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to contribute to an advanced AI-driven banking digital marketing project. The role involves developing intelligent AI solutions, multi-agent systems, Generative AI applications, NLP/ML models, and cloud-based solutions.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python and major ML libraries
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK and multi-agent system development
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience with Gemini and open-source Generative AI/LLM models
- Working knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and transformers
- Experience with Generative AI, including:
- GANs
- Text generation
- Text-to-image generation
- LLM-based applications
- Strong data wrangling and data manipulation skills
- Experience with SQL, data cleaning, and feature engineering
- Hands-on GCP experience

Valuable to Have





- Experience with both on-premises and cloud development
- CI/CD experience
- Experience deploying AI/ML applications in production environments

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions for complex business problems
- Build and integrate multi-agent AI systems
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Prepare, clean, and transform datasets for AI/ML model development
- Implement advanced NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI techniques
- Evaluate AI architectures, models, and hyperparameters
- Optimize model performance and address potential bias and responsible AI considerations
- Develop scalable AI solutions using GCP

Professionals with solid hands-on experience in Python, Generative AI, ML/NLP, Google ADK, Gemini, and GCP, who can independently contribute to an AI-focused banking project on a part-time remote basis.
