The Opportunity:

- Availability 24x7 to respond to unforeseen emergencies and critical incidents.
- Robust MS Office skills, including preparation of reports, presentations, and security documentation.
- Ability to coordinate and manage operations through remote and geographically dispersed teams.
- Proficiency in report writing, incident documentation, risk assessment, and management reporting.
- Ability to work effectively with Plant Heads, functional leaders, employees, vendors, government agencies, and law enforcement authorities.
- Background in ex-military, paramilitary, or corporate security preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial security management, fire safety regulations and emergency response, access control systems, CCTV and surveillance systems, alarm systems, crisis and disaster management, security automation and technology, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of the Factories Act and PSARA Act.
- Experience in managing security personnel and coordinating with security and fire safety vendors.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and incident-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional security reports and incident documentation.

What you will do:

1. Security Management – Sahibabad & Manesar Presses

- Oversee day-to-day security operations to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Conduct regular security audits and security risk assessments.




- Ensure compliance with established security and fire safety protocols.
- Monitor and strengthen physical security measures across press facilities.

2. PAN India Responsibilities – Security SPOC for Presses

- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for security and fire safety across all printing presses in India.
- Monitor security operations across locations and ensure implementation of standardized security practices and procedures.
- Supervise security and fire safety vendor performance, ensuring deployment of qualified and high-quality personnel.
- Manage staffing activities, including interviews, selection, and hiring for Security & Fire Officer positions.
- Facilitate coordination and sharing of security best practices across press locations.

3. Supervision & Coordination

- Manage, train, and deploy security personnel while ensuring strict adherence to security and fire safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Plant Heads and functional leaders on security, safety, and operational matters.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and other external agencies during security incidents and emergencies.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between press locations and the central security function.

4. Crisis & Disaster Management

- Develop and implement response and contingency plans for natural and man-made disruptive events.
- Lead crisis management and emergency response efforts during critical incidents.
- Conduct regular mock drills, tabletop exercises, and training programmes to enhance emergency preparedness.
- Review lessons learned from incidents and drills and implement appropriate corrective actions.

5. Asset Protection & Incident Investigation





- Safeguard company assets, infrastructure, materials, and inventory across presses and warehouses.
- Investigate security breaches, pilferage, theft, and other security-related incidents.
- Identify root causes and recommend and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed records of security incidents and submit structured reports to management.
- Track closure of corrective actions arising from investigations and incidents.

6. Risk Assessments & Audits

- Conduct periodic Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) and security audits of printing presses.
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Provide support during ISO, ABC, and other internal or external compliance-related audits, as required.
- Monitor implementation of audit observations and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.

7. Compliance & Regulatory Liaison

- Ensure compliance with applicable local security, fire safety, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies on security, fire safety, and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of laws and regulations, including the Factories Act and PSARA Act, as relevant.
- Maintain required security and compliance documentation and records.

Relevant Experience: 5–10 years of experience in industrial security, preferably within a printing press, manufacturing, or large industrial environment
