Job Purpose

To conceptualize and create high-quality, innovative and brand-aligned visual communication for corporate events, digital campaigns, presentations, social media, print, branding, and event production.

Key Responsibilities

· Create creative concepts for corporate events and campaigns.

· Design social media creatives, emailers, invitations, presentations, brochures, standees, backdrops, stage branding, and other event collaterals.

· Develop innovative event themes, visual identities, and campaign concepts.

· Create mockups and visualizations for event branding and fabrication.

· Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.

· Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to understand client requirements.

· Ensure designs follow client brand guidelines and technical specifications.

· Prepare print-ready artwork in required formats.

· Coordinate with printers, fabricators and production teams when required.

· Maintain design quality, consistency and timely delivery.

· Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, typography,



layouts and visual communication techniques.

· Manage multiple projects and prioritize work according to deadlines.

· Digital media campaigns, especially Skilled Platforms

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.

· Relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in corporate events, advertising, branding, or creative agencies.

· Proficiency in Adobe, Photoshop, UI/UX Creative Suite AI Videos, GIFS or equivalent design tools.

· Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.

· Knowledge of print production, artwork preparation, and digital design formats.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

· Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
