Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month (based on interview performance) + Incentives

We are currently expanding and hiring for our new branch in Janakpuri West, Delhi.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Conversion

- Counsel prospective students interested in Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
- Explain the career opportunities in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Help students understand how Generative AI skills can enhance their professional growth.

Lead Calling & Follow-ups

- Contact prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Program Guidance

- Provide detailed information about Generative AI programs, including:
- Course curriculum
- Tools and technologies covered (AI tools, automation platforms, prompt engineering)
- Program duration
- Fee structure




- Career prospects in AI-driven roles

Admission Process Support

- Guide students through the complete admission process, from inquiry to successful enrollment.

CRM & Data Management

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM systems.

Events & Student Engagement

- Support webinars, workshops, seminars, and open house sessions to promote Generative AI programs.

Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing and academic teams to ensure clear communication about program offerings.

Career Advisory

- Understand students educational background and career goals and recommend suitable Generative AI learning pathways.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, EdTech sales, or academic advising will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up processes effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
- Interest in AI, technology, and future skills
