Role Description The Video Presenter – Soft Skills and Communicative English is a freelance role responsible for delivering engaging video-based lessons and demonstrations on professional behavior, workplace communication, and everyday English usage. In this role, the presenter will script and rehearse content, present in front of the camera, and collaborate with instructional designers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement. Tasks include recording video sessions, explaining concepts through examples and role-plays, using interactive techniques to keep audiences interested, and adapting content based on learner feedback. The presenter will also work with the training team to align video material with course objectives, maintain consistent quality standards, and participate in periodic reviews to improve the learning experience.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong spoken and written English communication skills, including clear pronunciation, fluency, and the ability to explain concepts simply.
- Candidates should possess skills in soft skills training such as presentation skills, interpersonal communication, professional etiquette, and confidence-building for diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess on-camera presence and delivery skills, including comfort speaking in front of a camera, expressive body language, and the ability to maintain audience engagement in video format.
- Candidates should possess basic content creation and planning abilities, such as scripting lessons, organizing topics logically, and collaborating with curriculum designers.
- Candidates should possess strong time management and work from home skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, follow production schedules, and coordinate effectively with a distributed team.
- A bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field is preferred; prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or video presenter in soft skills or communicative English is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms, basic video recording tools, and a reliable home setup (internet, camera, microphone) will be beneficial.
