We are hiring for a US IT Recruiter at Infojini Inc.

Role: US IT Recruiter – US, Mexico & LATAM

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 2–4 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT professionals across the US, Mexico, and LATAM through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective candidate search strategies for different markets.
- Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Recruit for Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT roles.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements across the US, Mexico, and LATAM.
- Understand regional hiring practices, employment types, and work authorization requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Negotiate compensation and support successful candidate closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS/CRM.




- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets, including submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, US Staffing, or international IT recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for the US market; exposure to Mexico and LATAM hiring is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, databases, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of US time zones and international recruitment practices.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations such as US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, OPT, and CPT.
- Familiarity with Mexico and LATAM hiring practices, work authorization, and local employment requirements is an added advantage.
- Solid candidate screening, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies, job titles, and technical skill sets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
