Hiring: HR Helpdesk Agent (International Voice Process)
Location: Work From Office, Bangalore
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Primarily US Night Shifts)
Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline
Experience: International Voice Process Experience Mandatory
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional employee support and customer service We are looking for an HR Helpdesk Agent to join our team and provide first-level HR support to employees, managers, vendors, and third-party stakeholders across various HR domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee and manager queries related to:
- HR Policies
- Employee Data Management
- Payroll
- Benefits Administration
- Learning & Development
- Time & Attendance
- Other HR-related processes
Manage inbound calls and provide timely, accurate resolution with a solid focus on first-call closure.
Log and maintain case details in ticketing systems while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
Deliver an outstanding employee experience through effective problem-solving and customer support.
Mandatory Requirements:
International Voice Process Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Typing speed of 30 WPM with high accuracy
Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts from office location only
Preferred Skills:
US Voice Process Experience
HR Helpdesk Experience
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar case management tools
Familiarity with telephony platforms such as Avaya
Understanding of HR processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
